The judges were in agreement that this was an excellently presented submission. The vastly experienced team, headed by Nick Schwefel, have demonstrated considerable guts and determination to go it alone, all the while exuding a confidence that has stemmed from clearly identifying a market need from the outset. They have demonstrated a holistic business approach to recognising the critical success factors of buying, selling and location. The judges were impressed by the very clear plan for growth.
