The industry Paul works in does not allow for a 9-5 approach, the hours are often long and unsociable. Keeping a team motivated is therefore key and Paul offers profit share, time off in lieu and extensive training courses to his employees. Since launching, the Central Manchester branch has been Hire Intelligence UK’s fastest growing franchise. Growth in the first year has exceeded expectations with the business bringing in revenue levels that would be expected from a two year old franchise.
